It takes courage to admit you need help...and the truth is, we all need it! I've learned through my own experience how therapy can be transformative to our understanding of self and connection with the world around us. I hold it as a privilege to support you as you take steps to care for your own mental health. Regardless of your reasons for seeking services, I would be honored to hear your story and partner together for your therapy journey.

My approach is client-centered, strengths-based, and built around empathy. I understand that it can be difficult to find a space where you feel comfortable expressing your inner thoughts and emotions. My goal is to create a non-judgmental space for you to feel safe so that you can truly experience being seen and heard. I believe there is power in bringing things into the light in order for healing to occur. My areas of interest include grief and loss, trauma, life transitions, career identity, faith and spirituality, and relationships.

I'm in my final year of the Master of Social Work program with a specialization of Mental Health at the University of Illinois at Chicago. If you have any questions or want to talk further, please reach out. It would be my joy!
