Jacinda Kaufmann

Therapy has always been my dream job. After receiving my bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in sociology and gaining years of experience as a babysitter and nanny, I was naturally drawn to the field of Marriage and Family Therapy. My personal experiences with individual and family therapy have reinforced my belief in the importance of finding the right therapist—someone who values and prioritizes the client's lived experiences.

My work with families and in leadership roles has equipped me with a deep understanding of the complexities of relationships and the importance of collaborative efforts toward shared goals. I employ a client-centered approach in my practice with children, couples, and families, focusing on Narrative and Cognitive Behavioral models. Additionally, I incorporate intergenerational and trauma-informed practices to address the root issues and help clients achieve their goals.

I firmly believe that the problem is the problem, not the person. My role is to support you in your growth, helping you become the best version of yourself. I am committed to providing a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their concerns and work toward positive change. I look forward to the opportunity to help you on your journey to growth and healing.
